Munich, October 6, 2022. ProSiebenSat.1 is consistently pushing ahead with the realignment of its portfolio company flaconi. In this context, Bastian Siebers will become CEO of the online beauty provider effective as of October 15, 2022. Siebers was previously CEO of the Tengelmann subsidiary Babymarkt for seven years and has continuously expanded and developed the business of the online retailer during this time. He thus complements the current management team around CCO Dorit Posdorf and CFO Dr. Stefan Köhler. Since July, e-commerce specialist Karolin Wisch, who joined flaconi from Otto, has also been working on the further development of the online beauty platform as the new CPO. Finally, Alexandra Haupt will complement the management team as Chief Human Resources Officer from February 1, 2023. She was previously employed at Sephora.
